Project Overview: China Ping'an Finance Building is located in Shanghai Lujiazui Financial Trade Zone, the only national development zone named "Financial Trade", where is adjacent to Bank of China Tower and Bank of Communications Tower. The total investment of China Ping'an Finance Building is RMB 2.7 billion. It has 165,000 square meters of gross floor area, 38 floors on the ground, and 3 floors underground. The Building is 170 meters high (the commanding height of dome is 203 meters). The total curtain walls cover an area of 109,000 square meters, which break the single contract value record with RMB 33,913,527 in Jianghe Yangtze River Delta region. The project was capped in May 2007 and completed in April 2008, which is positioned to be superb premium office building. The western classic architectural style is echoing at a distance with the ancient cultural buildings on the Bund. It endeavors to shape the iconic building in small Lujiazui area.
