Project Overview: Hangzhou Civic Center is a new office and convention center of Hangzhou Municipal Government. It is a crucial step for Hangzhou to build Hangzhou CBD and cosmopolis. The Center is in the core area of Hangzhou CBD, covering an area of 22 hectares and having around 400,000 square meters of floor area. Focusing on "the Heart of City", the design presents the icon of enclosed shape, which conforms to the simple yet solemn image of government buildings and accords with the expectation of people.
